How We Make Your Custom Clothing

1. Conceptualising

Whether it's about a baby, toddler, child, teenager or adult clothing product, the only thing we need to do is to show your idea. You can send us any type of mock-ups, sketches or reference products. It is important to understand your design concept before making samples or starting bulk production.

2. Choosing Materials

- Fabrics account for more than 60%-70% of the cost, so the quality of fabrics is especially important for the whole clothing. We will confirm the quality, colour, hand feel and other details of the fabrics with you as well as our suppliers before making the samples and obtaining approval from you. -Accessories such as Snap, Zipper, main labels, care labels, etc. will also be confirmed in detail for quality, colour, size and other details before making samples.

3. Create A Tech Pack And Get The Measurement List

• A tech pack is a crucial document that outlines all the design elements and specifications for your clothing. This includes fabric details, colour choices, accessory requirements, basic sizing information, and drawings. Creating a technical pack ensures that we have a clear understanding of your vision. • We will also provide a measurement list for each size based on the specific style of your clothing. This will help ensure that your clothing fits perfectly and meets your expectations.

4. Make samples for you!

It's time for you to bring your own designs to life! Once you've finished clothing development with us, you'll receive a sample. Your approval of the sample is necessary before we can proceed with production of the bulk order.

5. Bulk Production

Once you have approved the samples, we will proceed with arranging bulk production in our factory. You can be confident that everything will be produced exactly as outlined and confirmed in your tech pack and technical profiles.

6. Ironing and Trims

After inspection, we will trim the clothes and then iron them. Ironing not only makes the clothes flat and neat, but also helps to shape them. After ironing, the products will be sent back to the inspection department to check for quality, including stains and size.

7. Quality Control and Packaging

Each piece of clothing is thoroughly inspected for any possible shortcomings to ensure that we deliver a high-quality clothing product to you without any issues. You can trust that our production process is efficient and reliable, allowing you to provide a unique custom clothing design. Once all items pass inspection, they will be packed and sealed.
